Ringing in Canada's Centennial

Picture
A collage of Aurora's centennial festivities, Aurora Banner, July 21, 1967
This collage appeared in the Aurora Banner as a photographic recap of Aurora's four day Centennial celebration. The moments were captured by a team of three photographers, Mike McMorrow, Jean Baker-Pearce, and Bob Buchanan, who combined took over 200 pictures of Aurora's Centennial festivities.  The photos were displayed in the Aurora Banner's Yonge Street office and sold for $1.50 each.  Surprisingly, prints of these images are difficult to find so if you have some at home consider yourself lucky.
